Robert S. Caldwell

Rob Caldwell has been practicing in the Kansas City metropolitan area since 1989. He is licensed to practice in both Kansas and Missouri. Our office is based in Johnson County, Kansas, but Rob practices in jurisdictions throughout the metro area. Rob has extensive knowledge of real estate law, business law, and family law. Rob has litigated numerous real estate disptutes throughout his career and has a proven record of success. He is also well-versed in business formation, operation and transactional matters, including large asset sale/purchase agreements. Rob is an experienced family law attorney and can assist with divorce, legal separation, paternity actions and child support modifications. Rob is also a successful trial litigator with experience at the appellate level.

Gregg C. Yowell

Gregg is ‘Of Counsel’ and his practice reflects his considerable expertise in both business management and law.  He assists clients with the formation, operation, sale/purchase and winding down of business entities, in addition to handling a wide range of every day transactions in business and real estate.  Gregg also specializes in technology and unfair competition matters including trademark, trade dress, and marketing related issues.  He also advises members of family-owned businesses on succession planning techniques using a combination of business structuring and estate planning tools.  His combination of real world business experience and legal skills make him uniquely qualified in his service to the business community, business owners, and the legal profession.
